Placement
Once you have selected a
candidate, we negotiate the
offer and deliver it signed,
and prepare candidate for
onboarding
Billing
- We work on a contingency basis: we do not charge any fees until placement
- When there is a placement, we charge a % of the annual salary of the candidate.
- We have a 90 day warranty policy where we replace our candidates without charge.
